Cut off time for placing orders:  
Weekday orders - must be placed on the website before 2pm on the day prior.        

Weekend & Public Holidays
Appresso is typically open for catering services Monday through Friday. However, we understand that your catering needs may extend beyond the workweek.

• Weekend Minimum Order: To ensure optimal service for larger weekend events, we require a minimum order value of $1000 (not including delivery or gst)

Late Orders:  We will do our upmost to fulfill any late orders - please call  Marjorie or Chris to see if its viable to get this organized. We will charge $30.00 for late orders.

Handling of Missing/Damaged Hot platters & Polyboxes: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all hot platters and polyboxes are retained in good condition and made available for collection by our delivery drivers on the next business day. A repalcement fee of $20 per item will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

Delivery charges:     
Albany - $10.00
North Shore - $17.50
Auckland City CBD - $30.00
Orewa & Hibiscus Coast- $30.00
Inner Auckland Suburbs - $35.00
Outer Auckland suburbs - $45.00- $55.00 depending on location.
Weekend deliveries and weekdays before 7am or after 5pm incur an additional $20.00 charge
Prices include platter pick-up
Return visits to collect misplaced platters will incur a $5.00 charge
All lost/missing or broken platters will be charged for.
                   
Corporate      Please pay within 7 days of invoice date, unless otherwise arranged.
Accounts:

Private           A deposit of 20% is required in advance, the balance payable on delivery.
Accounts:

Cancelled       24 hours notice is required for cancellations or full price will be charged.

Order Confirmation:  We will confirm all orders via email. Please contact us if your order has not been confirmed, as this may mean we have not received your request.
